    What is GAC Extreme?

GAC Extreme is an upgraded version of the standard GAC blend, taking the core glutamine, arginine, and carnitine base and adding Agmatine and Acetyl-L-Carnitine for a more comprehensive performance and cognitive effect. Per ml it delivers Acetyl-L-Carnitine (200 mg), L-Carnitine (200 mg), Glutamine (25 mg), Agmatine (50 mg), and Arginine (50 mg) at a total concentration of 525 mg per ml. The dual carnitine approach is the key upgrade, with standard L-Carnitine handling peripheral fat transport while Acetyl-L-Carnitine crosses the blood-brain barrier to deliver cognitive and neurological benefits standard carnitine cannot reach. Agmatine adds a further dimension as a downstream arginine metabolite with nitric oxide-boosting, nootropic, and potential analgesic properties. The result is a blend that covers pumps, endurance, recovery, mental focus, and pain modulation in a single pre-workout injection.

    Mechanisms of Action

    • Acetyl-L-Carnitine (200 mg) a highly bioavailable carnitine form that crosses the blood-brain barrier, supporting mitochondrial function in neural tissue, acetylcholine synthesis, and cognitive performance in addition to the peripheral fatty acid transport activity of standard carnitine

    • L-Carnitine (200 mg) transports long-chain fatty acids across the inner mitochondrial membrane for beta-oxidation, directly supporting fat utilization as fuel and contributing to muscle energy availability during training

    • Agmatine (50 mg) a metabolite of L-arginine that acts as an endogenous ligand at imidazoline and NMDA receptors, producing nitric oxide modulation for improved vascular function, anxiolytic and mood-supporting effects through central receptor activity, and potential analgesic properties via pain pathway modulation

    • Arginine (50 mg) the direct substrate for nitric oxide synthase, driving vasodilation and the pump effect through NO-mediated smooth muscle relaxation in vascular tissue

    • Glutamine (25 mg) supporting gut barrier integrity, immune function, and muscle protein synthesis and repair, contributing to the recovery dimension of the blend during and after training

    Benefits

    • Better pumps and workout endurance through the combined nitric oxide-boosting activity of arginine and agmatine, driving vasodilation and sustained blood flow throughout the session

    • Improved mental focus and cognitive performance the standout differentiator from the standard GAC blend, with Acetyl-L-Carnitine crossing the blood-brain barrier to directly support neural energy metabolism and acetylcholine signaling

    • Less anxiety and improved mood through agmatine's central receptor activity at imidazoline receptors, which produces anxiolytic and mood-stabilizing effects alongside its vascular benefits

    • Less aches and pains with agmatine's potential analgesic properties via NMDA receptor modulation reducing the perception of training-related discomfort and soreness

    • Better muscle recovery supported by glutamine's role in muscle protein synthesis and the mitochondrial support provided by the dual carnitine complex throughout the recovery window

    Dosing

    Dose

    Timing

    1 ml IM

30 to 40 minutes before training

Administer intramuscularly 30 to 40 minutes before training. A single ml covers the full performance effect across pump, endurance, cognition, and recovery. No need to dose higher given the concentration per ml. This is a meaningful step up from the standard GAC blend and the cognitive and mood difference is noticeable within the first few sessions.

    Safety Profile

    • Post-injection pain the primary side effect and the main thing to be aware of, manageable with proper IM technique and regular site rotation

    • Excellent overall tolerability with all five ingredients being naturally occurring compounds with well-established safety profiles, making GAC Extreme one of the cleaner pre-workout injectables in terms of side effect burden
